Shipping Time:

  • This means sometimes you have to wait a little longer to get your order, but it's always worth it!

  •  Economy Shipping (10-15 business days)
  • Standard Shipping (7-12 business days)

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

  • We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often within two business days, but there are situations where it may take longer.
  • All estimates are based on business days.
  • Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.
  • These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, customs issues, and any other event beyond our direct control.

Order Cancellation:

  • If you’d like to cancel your order, you may request a cancellation at any time before your order is shipped by contacting our team at Support@Fylvy.com.
  • If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will provide a full refund to the original form of payment used to place the order.
  • If your order has shipped out, you may request a refund if you have ordered in the United States, U.K. and European Union.
  • Other international customers will be responsible for covering the cost of sending the ordered item back to our facilities to receive a full refund.

Please Note:

  • If the delivery of a package is declined upon arrival at the destination or in customs for any reason, we will charge a $20 restocking fee to compensate for the time and expense of processing the package's return.
  • Similarly, when the courier is unable to successfully deliver a package to the address provided and instead returns the package to us, regrettably, we will charge a $20 restocking fee to compensate for the time and expense of processing the package's return.
