Questions
What photos should I upload?
8–20 recent photos of only you, in good light. Mix straight-on and slightly angled shots, with a few different outfits or backgrounds. Phone selfies are perfect. Avoid sunglasses, hats, heavy filters, group photos, and blurry or dark shots. Before you pay, each photo is checked, and photos with no face, more than one person, a face that's too small, or that are very blurry or very dark aren't counted.
How long does it take?
Usually within about an hour. You can close the page. We'll email you a link as soon as your photos are ready.
Will they look like me?
Most people get many photos they love, but AI isn't perfect and some images will miss. That's why you get 40 to choose from. Clear, varied selfies give the best results.
Can I use them commercially?
Yes. You own your headshots and can use them anywhere: work and social profiles, your website, business cards, team pages, resumes, and press.
What if something goes wrong?
If we can't create your headshots, you're refunded automatically. If none of your photos are usable, email us within 7 days for a refund, unless your redo photos have already been delivered. You can request that redo from your results page within 7 days of purchase if the photos don't look like you. You get one redo per order. Once your redo photos are delivered, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
What happens to my selfies?
They're used only to make your headshots and are deleted automatically once your photos are created. We never sell them or use them to train other AI models.
